Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without any refund.
1 Cinta reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of their Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure. 1 Cinta shall not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details.
All financial transactions on the platform 1 Cinta conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. 1 Cinta does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and is not responsible for any currency exchange losses.

1 Cinta does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond 1 Cinta's control.
1 Cinta offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets for sporting events, and loyalty rewards for long-standing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that must be followed.
Most bonuses require a wagering (rollover) requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The stated rollover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount or the deposit+bonus amount a specified number of times. Example: A RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must wager RM 1,000 before withdrawing.
Users found to be abusing bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or employing betting strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting rollover requirements (bonus abuse) — will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings, and their accounts may be terminated.
1 Cinta reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of abuse or exceptional circumstances that warrant such action. 1 Cinta's decision in such cases is final.
All bets placed at 1 Cinta are subject to the respective game rules available on the platform. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets.
All sports bets — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, and others — are final once confirmed by the system. Any errors in selecting a team or market are entirely the user's responsibility.

All casino games — including slots, blackjack, poker, baccarat, and roulette — use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are final and cannot be disputed. Internet disconnections during gameplay do not entitle any party to make a claim based on results already recorded by 1 Cinta's servers.
As a 1 Cinta user, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful and ethical manner. You agree NOT to do any of the following:
Providing false information during registration, using another person's identity, or falsifying verification documents for any purpose.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting system on 1 Cinta.
Using the 1 Cinta platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any financial criminal activity that violates Malaysian law.
Using offensive, disruptive, or abusive language towards other users or 1 Cinta staff across any communication channel, including live chat or game reviews.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure. Do not share your password or account information with anyone. 1 Cinta will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
1 Cinta shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if 1 Cinta has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
1 Cinta reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:
If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. For accounts closed at your own request or due to inactivity, your balance will be returned after the required verification process is completed.
Users who are dissatisfied with any decision made by 1 Cinta may submit a written appeal to support@1cinta.click within 30 days of the decision date. Appeals will be reviewed by the management team, and a response will be provided within 14 business days.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the use of the 1 Cinta platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the user and 1 Cinta.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Bahasa Malaysia.
Any claim against 1 Cinta must be submitted within two (2) years of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. After this period, any claim will be considered expired and unenforceable.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this document.
